DREAM MAKER PROGRAM
The Dream Maker Program puts people at the core. Its foundation is the cultivation of purposeful relationships that last a lifetime, within the UDA family, across our students, families, alumni, and selected companies.
We will connect students early in their university experience to prospective employers seeking talented people through the development of a professional portfolio. We want to ensure that our graduating students find a career that leads to a purposeful and productive life.
WHAT IS THE DREAM MAKER PROGRAM?
Dream Maker Program
We're With You Every Step of the Way
We are with you every step of the way. From application through graduation and into your life's journey through our Dream Maker Program.
People are the core of the Dream Maker Program. We are built on the foundation of purposeful relationships within the UDA family across our students, families, alumni, and companies that last a lifetime.
How It Works
UDA initiates contact with companies to consider their work culture, lifestyle options, mission, purpose, values, and vision for prospective employees.
UDA will reach out to selected companies to be part of the "Dream Maker" program. We will match the degree qualifications, skills, and knowledge of our graduates to the needs of companies.
Companies and students are connected early in the student's university career to ensure the perfect match.
We help you shape your personal portfolio showcasing your abilities, talents and work at university.
We help you build relationships with our Dream Maker companies early in your university experience to help you find a career path that fits your skills and talents.
Just as we know that talent in sports is crucial for success; “people” talent in companies is critical for their success. Companies win with the right people on board and employees win when they have a job that fits their skills and talents.
The two synergies work together to create a productive and fulfilling life for the company and the employee. This changes lives at multiple levels
