Head of the UDA Soccer Academy, Joel Roberts, announces three additions to his coaching and staff team.

UDA welcomes; Gaynor Crompton Welfare Officer; Graham Roberts, staff coach; and Neill Ebbrell, GK coach.

 

 

Gaynor Crompton, UDA soccer Welfare Officer at the University of Chester.

 

Gaynor’s professional credentials and training will add great value and support to the overall students' experience from enrollment to graduation.

 

Gaynor has extensive experience in higher education management, making her the perfect fit for the program.  She is the director and founder of First Priority training and consulting services, which specializes in accredited and bespoke first aid and safeguarding in addition to Health and Safety courses. Gaynor is the designated safeguarding lead for the FA Northern Premier League football Academy.

 

Gaynor has experience across a number of platforms that includes staff development, monitoring examinations, staff training, quality assurance and as a senior Administrator within the Cheshire Judicial system.

 

 

Graham Roberts, Staff Coach Player Development

 

Graham's professional training and background is in player development across all levels.

 

Graham’s experience includes working as a coach for FA Premier League Club Everton FC within their Junior Academy, across all ages, specialising in the individual development of young players

 

He has experience as a talent identification Scout at Everton FC – seeking to identify those players with the necessary attributes to play within an elite football environment. Graham is a specialist in 1-2-1 coaching for all levels.

 

Graham was recruited by Manchester City FC to co-ordinate Regional Development Centers and is responsible for the development of young players and scouting network. He is the lead Coach for Manchester City Schools - coaching and delivering the Manchester City Language and Performance Programme, using the City Group philosophy, to educate players from all over the world through football.  He is the managing director of Elite Academy Sports, which delivers football and education programs to schools, colleges and elite travel teams from around the world.

 

 

Neil Ebbrell UDA GK Coach

 

Neill presently works with the Welsh Premier League and Europa club, Quay Nomads.

 

He is head of the academy specializing in Foundation, Youth Development supporting the development of young GK’s.

 

Neill also works as talent identification with several professional and semi professional clubs including, Liverpool FC, Everton FC and Tranmere Rovers. He is director, and owner of a GK academy specializing in 1-1 GK training.
