End of Season Awards And The “Clash of the Titans”

Yesterday, the UDA cup take place between Coach Mac and Coach Graham Roberts teams. For the record Coach Mac came away with a narrow win. It was a great way to end a successful season that started nine months ago.

After the game Program Director, Coach Joel Roberts, awarded several students various trophies for their efforts over the year. Below are the recipients of the awards as chosen by coaches and players. Congratulations to all.

In the “Players Player of the Year” vote Isaiah Collins from New Hampshire, won the vote with Jackson Padilla, Texas, coming in Second and Stevie Thomas, Thailand tallying the third highest number of votes

Congratulations to all for their efforts and recognition from their peers.

UDA players played in over 35 games across the North West Region of England against a variety of opposition during the year.

The North West of England is regarding as the hotbed of English soccer with its world renowned professional clubs, Everton, Liverpool FC and the Manchester Clubs, City and United on the students doorstep.The area also offers excellent depth and breadth of opposition for young aspiring players looking to learn and develop their games against very good local opposition.

UDA has played across range of collegiate, semi professional clubs including some professional youth academy clubs.

For now the students are onto finishing up projects and final exams. Good luck to all. We will see you all in the fall along with the incoming class of 2019.
